Common use of Infrastructure Services Clause in Contracts

Infrastructure Services. The PARTIES will negotiate the minimum information security parameters recommended for electronic data transfers, with each of the PARTIES being responsible for the costs, acquisition and installation of cryptography systems compatible with the necessary line capacity and the communications system of ORBITALL, in the data communication channels between the PARTIES. The PARTIES also agree that all data transmissions between them should be supported by cryptography programs.
