Infractions of Certain Work Rules. Anyone not prepared to commence work at the stated starting time, who takes more than the allocated lunch time, or who quits work before the designated quitting time, will be subject to loss of pay equivalent to one-quarter (1/4) hour for each one-quarter (1/4) hour of the time infraction and/or any fraction thereof.
