Informational Packet Sample Clauses

The Informational Packet clause requires one party to provide a set of relevant documents or materials to the other party, typically at the outset of an agreement or project. This packet may include background information, technical specifications, instructions, or other data necessary for the recipient to understand or fulfill their obligations. By mandating the delivery of such information, the clause ensures that all parties have access to essential details, reducing misunderstandings and facilitating smoother collaboration.
Informational Packet. The Employer agrees to provide each employee entering the bargaining unit(s) with an informational packet provided by PSE which describes its representation programs and includes a membership application. PSE shall be allowed no less than thirty (30) minutes to meet with new employees on matters concerning the rights of employees and the role of PSE as the exclusive bargaining representative.
