Information to be Supplied by TCO. 9.1 Sellers shall request TCOPar and TCO’s Controlled Companies, not later than twenty-one (21) days counted as from this date, to deliver to Purchaser, in writing, in confirmation for the information supplied in the course of Purchaser’s Audit, the following information which, in the opinion of the respective managements of TCOPar and TCO’s Controlled Companies, is true and complete on the date of this Final Agreement.
