Common use of Information to Be Provided by the Company Clause in Contracts

Information to Be Provided by the Company. In connection with any Securitization Transaction the Company shall (1) within ten Business Days following request by the Initial Owner or any Depositor, provide to the Initial Owner and such Depositor (or, as applicable, cause each Third-Party Originator and each Subservicer to provide), in writing and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Owner and such Depositor, the information and materials specified in paragraphs (i), (ii), (iii) and (vi) of this Section 13.03, and (2) as promptly as practicable following notice to or discovery by the Company, provide to the Initial Owner and any Depositor (in writing and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Owner and such Depositor) the information specified in paragraph (iv) of this Section.

Information to Be Provided by the Company. In connection with any Securitization Transaction Transaction, the Company shall (1i) within ten seven (7) Business Days following written request by the Initial Owner Purchaser or any Depositor, provide to the Initial Owner Purchaser and such Depositor (or, as applicable, cause each Third-Party Originator and each Subservicer to provide), in writing and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Owner Purchaser and such Depositor, the information and materials specified in paragraphs (ia), (iib), (iiic) and (vif) of this Section 13.03Section, and (2ii) as promptly as practicable following notice to or discovery by the Company, provide to the Initial Owner Purchaser and any Depositor (in writing and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Owner Purchaser and such Depositor) the information specified in paragraph (ivd) of this Section.
