Information to be Furnished by the Trusts. i. The Trusts have furnished or shall promptly furnish to Citi copies of the Trusts’ Compliance Policies and Procedures (“Trust Procedures”). The Trusts need not deliver copies of Citi policies or procedures which the Trusts determine shall constitute a portion of the Trusts’ compliance program under 38a-1.
