Information Sheet. By 1:00 p.m. (New York City time), on each Payment Date, Guarantor shall deliver to Lender an information sheet indicating the Average Constant Default Rate, the Prepayment Rate, the Recovery Rate and notice of the occurrence of any GCFP Trigger Event and the continuance thereof for the related Collection Periods.
