Common use of Information from Holder Clause in Contracts

Information from Holder. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 2 or Section 3 with respect to a Holder’s Registrable Securities that such Holder furnish to the Company for inclusion in the specific registration statement (and any prospectus included therein) such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be required to effect the registration of Holder’s Registrable Securities; provided that the use of such information shall be limited to the specific registration statement (or any prospectus included therein) for which it was provided and shall not be used in any summary or free writing prospectus.
