During average storm events the Maintenance Manager and/or Maintenance Crew Supervisors will notify and update the City Manager, Assistant City Managers, Assistant Commumity Services Director & City Engineer, Emergency Manager, and Public Information Officer of snow and ice control operations. When the Emergency Operations Center is activated, supervisors and/or strike team leaders will keep the Operations Section Chief informed of snow and ice control field operations and provide the EOC with an Operating Period Resource List at the start of each shift. The Operation Section Chief will keep the EOC Director, Assistant Commumity Services Director & City Engineer, Emergency Manager, and Public Information Officer informed of field operations and prepare an Incident Action Plan (IAP) for each operational period. The Public Information Officer will provide press releases to keep the public and elected officials informed during the event.
Information Communication. 6.1 priaid is operating a helpdesk for information regarding the usage of the priaid-Services (support). The helpdesk can be reached via email or via telephone (hotline). Priaid can replace the contact via email with a ticketing system. 6.2 priaid can make support services subject to remuneration of special charges. priaid reserves the right to invoice support requests separately based on effort, if they exceed an appropriate limit.
6.3 Other communication between priaid and the Customer is made via electronic channels, meaning per email, online or similar.
6.4 No information about medical topics will be provided. Please contact a healthcare professional via the regular channels for medical information.
6.5 The End User shall contact the Platform Operator for any questions, feedback or any other communication. Priaid only offers the support to the Platform Operators based on the contract and respective agreements between them.
Information Communication. 1. The Community and Slovenia shall take appropriate steps to stimulate effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and Slovenia, and at supplying Slovenian business circles with more specialised information, including, where possible, access to Community databases.
2. The parties shall coordinate and, where appropriate, harmonise their policies regarding the regulation of cross-border broadcasts, technical standards and the promotion of European audiovisual technology.
3. Cooperation may include providing for exchange programmes, scholarships, training facilities for journalists and experts in the sectors of the media as appropriate.

The wording should be: “This project is funded by the Swedish Institute”. However, SI’s name may not be used in such a way as to imply that the Swedish Institute was party to the project design. The logo Funded by the Swedish Institute should be used if there is a need for a logo from the financier. If the project is communicated via X (formerly known as Twitter), @BalticSea_SI should be mentioned.
