Information Centers. The Information Center referred to in Article 9.11(2) shall be composed of: a) in the case of Guatemala, the Ministry of Economy, or its successor; and b) in the case of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Ministry of Economic Affairs, through the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, or its successor. The Committee on Standards, Metrology and Authorization Procedures established in Article 9.13 shall be composed of: a) in the case of Guatemala, the Ministry of Economy, or its successor; and b) in the case of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Ministry of Economic Affairs, through the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, or its successor.
