The 'Information Centers' clause establishes designated locations or platforms where parties can access or receive important information related to the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the physical or digital sites, such as offices, websites, or customer service lines, where relevant documents, updates, or notices will be made available. Information Centers. 1. Each Party shall ensure the existence of an information center in its territory that may answer all reasonable questions and requests from the other Party and from interested persons and supply the relevant updated documentation relating to any measure on standards, metrology, conformity assessment procedures or authorization procedures adopted or proposed in its territory by governmental or non-governmental bodies. 2. Information Centers. 1. Each Party shall ensure that there is at least one information center within its territory capable of answering all reasonable inquiries and requests from another Party and interested parties, as well as providing relevant documentation regarding: a) any standardization measure adopted or proposed in its territory at the level of its federal or central, state or departmental, or municipal government; b) the participation and membership of the Party, and of its relevant authorities at the federal or central, state or departmental or municipal level in international or regional standardizing bodies and conformity assessment systems, in bilateral or multilateral agreements, within the scope of this Chapter, as well as the provisions of such systems and agreements; c) the location of notices published pursuant to this chapter, or the place where such information may be obtained; d) the location of the information centers; and e) the Party's risk assessment processes, the factors it takes into consideration in carrying out the assessment and in establishing the levels of protection it considers appropriate, in accordance with Article 14-05, paragraph 2. 2. When a Party designates more than one information center: a) inform the other Parties of the scope of responsibilities of each of these centers; and b) ensure that any request sent to the wrong clearinghouse is expeditiously forwarded to the correct clearinghouse. 3. Each Party shall take such measures as are reasonable and within its power to ensure that there is at least one information center, within its territory, capable of responding to all inquiries and requests from another Party and interested parties, as well as of providing relevant documentation, or information from which such documentation may be obtained, relating to: a) any standard or conformity assessment process adopted or proposed by non-governmental standardizing bodies in its territory; and b) participation and membership in international and regional standardization bodies and conformity assessment systems of relevant non-governmental bodies in its territory. 4. Each Party shall ensure that when another Party or interested parties, in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, request copies of the documents referred to in paragraph 1, they shall be provided at the same price that applies to its nationals, except for the actual cost of delivery. Information Centers. The Information Center referred to in Article 9.11(2) shall be composed of: a) in the case of Guatemala, the Ministry of Economy, or its successor; and b) in the case of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Ministry of Economic Affairs, through the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, or its successor. Each Party shall ensure that, in accordance with the provisions of this Section, when copies of documents are requested by another Party or an interested party, they shall be provided at a price not higher than the price at which they are sold domestically, plus the cost of postage.

Each Party shall ensure that, where copies of documents are requested by the other Party or interested persons, in accordance with the provisions of this Section, they shall be provided at the same price as for domestic sale, plus the cost of postage.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a Reconex Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by Reconex, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless Reconex has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to ▇▇▇▇ and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from Reconex’s Customers, Reconex shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. Reconex shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 Reconex shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event Reconex exercises such option, Reconex will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow Reconex to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless Reconex has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to ▇▇▇▇ and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from Reconex’s Customers, Reconex shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. Reconex shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.4 Reconex shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from Reconex Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, Reconex shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to ▇▇▇▇ and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from Reconex’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event Reconex exercises such option, Reconex will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow Reconex to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Billing Information 6.1 NLT and the RL shall provide each other with information within their possession that is necessary to allow them to provide accurate and timely billing to each other and to any other relevant third parties.
