Information Center. 4.9.1. The Client agrees that all conversations between the Client and the representative of the Information Center may be recorded for the purpose of ensuring the safety and quality of services, and that such records may be used as evidence in any disputes. 4.9.2. The Client agrees that confirmation of the Client's identity when he or she contacts the Information Center is carried out by matching the telephone number from which the call to the Information Center is made with the Telephone Number.
