Common use of Information and Coordination Clause in Contracts

Information and Coordination. The State will provide information to the Contractor pertaining to activities that affect the Contractor’s delivery of services, and the Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating their activities with the State’s in such a manner as not to conflict or unnecessarily duplicate the State’s activities. As the work of the Contractor progresses, advice and information on matters covered by the Contract shall be made available by the Contractor to the State throughout the effective period of the Contract.
