Inflators Sample Clauses

Inflators. Beginning January 1, 2026, and effective every January 1 through the term of the agreement, all fees, charges, and surcharges, excluding: (1) Offsite Medical Care Charges and, (2) the Capital Expenditure Charge components of the Maintenance Charge, shall be inflated by the percentage rates described below.

Inflators. All fees and charges, excluding: (1) Offsite Medical Care Charges; (2) the Capital Expenditure Charge components of the Maintenance Charge and WER Charge; and (3) the Jail Bed Expansion Charge, shall be annually inflated by the percentage rates described below, effective January 1 of each calendar year starting January 1, 2013, in order to determine the final rates and charges for said calendar year, subject further to re-set of the underlying “base rates” periodically as described in Subsection 7.e below. i.
