Guarding. Medical Charges: The following fees and charges are subject to an annual inflator of the Seattle- Tacoma-Bremerton CPI-W (covering the twelve (12)-month period ending in June) plus three (3) percent, but shall in no event be lower than three (3) percent:

Guarding. The Contractor shall be responsible for all the equipment and materials belonging to the Contractor in the site. The Management Company of the Building shall protect the site however shall not be held liable for theft, damages etc. that might be caused to the Contractor’s equipment and materials.

Under no circumstances should a Xxxxx/Paric employee perform work on an energized piece of machinery. The preferable material for guards under most circumstances is metal. It is not recommended to have guards made of wood. Downfalls of wood guards include, lack of durability and strength, higher maintenance costs, and flammability risks. It also poses a higher risk injury for Xxxxx/Xxxxx employees. Guarding material should be substantial enough to withstand internal as well as external impact. Aside from strengthening machines, guarding also provides a method of noise control.
Guarding. The obstruction shall be marked by posts carrying red flags or reflective red markers and by red lamps. The latter shall be spaced at 6 metres intervals in the direction of traffic flow and at 0.9 metres intervals across this direction. At least 3 lamps shall be placed across this direction of traffic flow. The flags and lamps on the traffic side of the obstruction shall be at least 5 metres from it.
