Council Approval. The City is awarding this grant to support neighborhood projects by community organizations that provide a public benefit to the residents of Portsmouth. The awarding of these funds are subject to City Council approval. Should Council fail to appropriate the funds, this Agreement shall be terminated without recourse for the Grantee.
Council Approval. The closing of this transaction is contingent upon approval of this Agreement by the City Council of the City of Richland. In the event the Richland City Council determines not to approve this Agreement, this Agreement shall immediately terminate and be without any further force and effect, and be without further obligation of either party to the other.
