Common use of Inevitable Disclosure Clause in Contracts

After Employee’s employment has terminated, Employee shall not accept employment with any competitor of Employer, where the new employment is likely to result in the inevitable disclosure of Employer’s trade secrets or confidential information, or it would be impossible for Employee to perform his new job without using or disclosing trade secrets or confidential information.
