INDUSTRY SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS Sample Clauses

The INDUSTRY SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS clause requires parties to obtain and maintain certain certifications that are standard or mandatory within their industry. This may include certifications related to safety, quality management, environmental standards, or other regulatory requirements, and often obligates the party to provide proof of such certifications upon request. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties meet established industry benchmarks, thereby reducing risk and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
INDUSTRY SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS. 9.1 Genesys security and operational controls are based on industry standard practices. Genesys will configure the solution and the Genesys PureConnect Cloud Service based on Customer’s specifications as defined in a mutually agreed upon Statement of Work (SOW); however, Customer is solely responsible for achieving and maintaining any industry specific certifications required for its business (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, etc.).
INDUSTRY SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS. Genesys security and operational controls are based on Industry Standard practices and are certified to meet the guidelines of PCI, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. Nevertheless, Customer is solely responsible for achieving and maintaining any industry-specific certifications required for Customer’s business.
