Common use of Industrial Work Clause in Contracts

Industrial Work. The Employer shall pay to the Employee for each hour worked (not including any pay for time traveled) a vacation allowance equal to six (6%) percent of the applicable rate of pay, and a holiday pay allowance equal to four (4%) percent of the applicable rate of pay.

Industrial Work.
