Individual Defaults. Each holder of the Debentures shall have an independent right to enforce an Event of Default. To the extent that a holder notifies the Company of an Event of Default, the Company shall promptly mail notice of the receipt of the notice of an Event of Default to all other holders. The decision by a holder to enforce an Event of Default, to waive an Event of Default or to take no action with respect to an Event of Default shall, in no way, affect another holder's rights to enforce an Event of Default.

Individual Defaults. An individual default occurs when a player fails to appear at the time of the scheduled match, or is defaulted by a tournament official for misconduct.

  • CURING TENANT'S DEFAULTS If Tenant defaults in the performance of any of its obligations under this Lease, Landlord may (but shall not be obligated to) without waiving such default, perform the same for the account at the expense of Tenant.   • Guarantor Defaults Any Guarantor fails in any material respect to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement in the Guaranty; or the Guaranty is for any reason partially (including with respect to future advances) or wholly revoked or invalidated, or otherwise ceases to be in full force and effect, or any Guarantor or any other Person contests in any manner the validity or enforceability thereof or denies that it has any further liability or obligation thereunder; or any event described at subsections (f) or (g) of this Section occurs with respect to any Guarantor; or

  • Specific Defaults The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 6.03(a) or Article 7; or

  • Optional Defaults If any Event of Default referred to in Section 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9 or 7.10 hereof shall occur, Agent may, with the consent of the Required Lenders, and shall, at the written request of the Required Lenders, give written notice to Borrowers to:

  • Covenant Default (a) Borrower fails or neglects to perform any obligation in Sections 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, or 6.9, or violates any covenant in Section 7; or

  • Non-Monetary Default Failure in the performance of any of the agreements, conditions, covenants, provisions or stipulations contained in the Loan Documents which is not cured within one hundred twenty (120) days from written notice thereof from the Lender to the Borrower.

  • Notice of Defaults and Events of Default As soon as possible and in any event within ten (10) days after the occurrence of each Default or Event of Default, a written notice setting forth the details of such Default or Event of Default and the action which is proposed to be taken by the Borrower with respect thereto;

  • Automatic Defaults If any Event of Default referred to in Section 7.10 hereof shall occur:
