INDIVIDUAL BARGAINING. Nothing in this contract shall prevent employees, or the Guild on their behalf, from bargaining individually for pay increases in excess of the minimum established herein. The policy of the Company shall be to regard minimum wage rates as minima and to acknowledge individual merit by raises above the minima.
