Common use of Indirect Network Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Indirect Network Interconnection. Neither Party shall deliver traffic destined to terminate at the other Party's end office via another LEC's end office. In addition, neither Party shall deliver traffic destined to terminate at an end office subtending the other Party's access tandem via another LEC's access tandem until such time as compensation arrangements have been established in accordance with this Article V, Sections 3.1 and 3.4.

Indirect Network Interconnection. Either Party may deliver traffic destined to terminate at the other Party's end office via another local provider's tandem provided that the Parties have established compensation agreements appropriate to this arrangement. Neither Party shall deliver traffic destined to terminate at the other Party's end office via another LEClocal provider's end office. In addition, except as provided in section 3.4 of this Article, neither Party shall deliver traffic destined to terminate at an end office subtending the other Party's access tandem via another LEClocal provider's access tandem until such time as compensation arrangements have been established in accordance with this Article V, Sections 3.1 and 3.4tandem.

In addition, neither Party shall deliver . 7.2 The Parties agree to exchange traffic destined to terminate at any of the GTE's end offices which subtend the another LEC where GTE does not have its own tandem and Hyperion has an end office subtending interconnection arrangement with the other Party's access tandem via another LEC's access tandem until such time as company but not with GTE. 7.3 The Parties will insure compensation arrangements specific to such scenarios have been established in accordance with this Article V, Sections 3.1 made between the originating Party and 3.4the tandem company and any other third party carriers.
