Common use of Indirect Competition Clause in Contracts

Indirect Competition. Fari▇▇ ▇▇▇ther agrees that, during the Non-Competition Agreement, he will not, knowingly directly or indirectly, assist or encourage any other person in carrying out, directly or indirectly, any activity that would be prohibited by the foregoing provisions of this Section 1 if such activity were carried out by Fari▇▇, ▇▇ther directly or indirectly.

FariCorn▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ther agrees that, during the Non-Competition Agreement, he will not, knowingly directly or indirectly, assist or encourage any other person in carrying out, directly or indirectly, any activity that would be prohibited by the foregoing provisions of this Section 1 if such activity were carried out by FariCorn▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ther directly or indirectly.
