Limitation on Sections Sample Clauses

Limitation on Sections. 6(a) and 6(b). The provisions of Sections 6(a) and 6(b) shall not apply to any Development meeting the following conditions: (i) such Development was developed entirely on Employee's own time; (ii) such Development was made without the use of any equipment, supplies, facility or trade secret information of the Company or any of its Affiliates; (iii) such Development does not relate (A) directly to the business of the Company or any of its Affiliates or (B) to the Company's, or any of its Affiliate's, actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development; and (iv) such Development does not result from any work performed by Employee for the Company or any of its Affiliates.
