Common use of Index Linked Clause in Contracts

Index Linked. In this Agreement where any figure is followed by the words "(Index Linked)" such figure shall be deemed to be automatically increased on each anniversary of the date of this Agreement in line with any increase in indice des prix de detail since the immediately preceding anniversary of the date of this Agreement.
