Common use of Independent Audit Clause in Contracts

Independent Audit. If COUNTY conducts or undergoes an independent audit during the term of this CONTRACT, a copy of the audit must be submitted to STATE within thirty (30) days of the audit’s completion.

Independent Audit. If COUNTY GRANTEE conducts or undergoes an independent audit during the term of this CONTRACT, a copy of the audit must be submitted to STATE within thirty (30) days of the audit’s completion.
