Independent Advice of Counsel. Each of the parties hereto represent that in executing this lease they rely solely upon their own judgment, belief and knowledge, or the advice of their counsel; that they have had an opportunity to obtain counsel or have declined to do so, and that they have not been influenced to any extent whatsoever in executing this lease by way of any representations or statements covering any matters made by the parties hereto which are not contained herein, or by any person representing any of the parties hereto.
