Common use of Indenture Legislation Clause in Contracts

Indenture Legislation. (1) If, and to the extent, any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable statutes of Canada and its provinces and the regulations under those statutes relating to warrant indentures (“Applicable Legislation”), such mandatory requirement shall prevail.
