Common use of Indemnity separate Clause in Contracts

Indemnity separate. The indemnities in this Clause 18 and in Clause 11.6 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, the Notes or any other judgment or order.

Indemnity separate. The indemnities in this Clause 18 19 and in Clause 11.6 11.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, will shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, will shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder ECN Holder or Couponholder and will shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, the Notes ECNs and/or the Coupons or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 18 17 and in Clause 11.6 10.5 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, Deed and/or the Notes or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 18 19 and in Clause 11.6 10.9 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder Bondholder and will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, Deed and/or the Notes Bonds or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 18 15 and in Clause 11.6 8.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder Bondholder and will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, Deed and/or the Notes Bonds or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 18 and in Clause 11.6 10.5 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, Deed and/or the Subordinated Notes or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 18 and in Clause 11.6 10.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, Deed and/or the Notes or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 18 15 (Currency Indemnity) and in Clause 11.6 8.4 (Indemnity) constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, Deed and the Notes or any other judgment or order.
