Supplemental Trust Deed Sample Clauses

A Supplemental Trust Deed is a legal instrument used to amend, modify, or supplement the terms of an existing trust deed. It typically outlines specific changes to the original trust arrangement, such as altering the rights of beneficiaries, updating trustee powers, or reflecting new regulatory requirements. This clause ensures that the trust can be adapted to changing circumstances or needs without having to dissolve and recreate the entire trust, thereby providing flexibility and maintaining the continuity of the trust structure.
