Common use of Indemnity by Company Clause in Contracts

Indemnity by Company. The Company agrees to indemnify each of the Contractor and Xxxxxxxxxxx from and against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands or other proceedings made against either or both of the Contractor or Xxxxxxxxxxx in the course of or as a result of this Agreement on and subject to the terms of the Indemnification Agreement attached to this Agreement as Schedule B.

Indemnity by Company. The Company agrees to indemnify each of the Contractor and Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx from and against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands or other proceedings made against either or both of the Contractor or Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx in the course of or as a result of this Agreement or because of Xxxxx’x position as an officer of the Company on and subject to the terms of the Indemnification Agreement attached to this Agreement as Schedule B.“B”.
