Common use of Indefinite Assignment Clause in Contracts

Indefinite Assignment. Any long-term substitute who, after finishing the school year in a particular teaching assignment, is reassigned to that same assignment the following year, shall be offered a teaching contract, shall become a bargaining unit member, and shall have all of the rights and privileges afforded by the contract.
