Common use of INCUMBENT INSURANCE COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

INCUMBENT INSURANCE COVERAGE. Incumbent shall maintain insurance coverage on properties and operations of Incumbent which coverage shall include general liability and other forms of insurance covering such risks as are usually insured against by prudent companies engaged in the business and activities in which the Incumbent is engaged, in amounts which are adequate in relation to the business and properties of Incumbent, and all premiums to date have been paid in full.
