Incremental Steps. (This clause is suspended and will not apply for the term of this collective agreement). 4.1.1 The Ministry has 2% incremental steps from 85% to 101% of the pay ranges in all pay ranges covered by the Collective Employment Agreement as set out in Appendix B.
