Common use of Incremental Steps Clause in Contracts

Incremental Steps. where applicable, shall take place on September 1 of each year of this Agreement; provided the employee has been actively employed continuously for at least one-half (1/2) of the number of workdays in the work year for the employee’s classification. Each employee shall be personally responsible for submitting to the District on a timely basis. Any official transcripts, or MOS Certificates for advancement on the salary schedule.
