Common use of Incremental Increases Clause in Contracts

Incremental Increases. 1. On the employee’s anniversary date, employees shall be entitled to receive an incremental increase of three and one half percent (3.5%), or such percentage increase as would bring the employee’s salary to the maximum of his/her salary range, whichever is the lesser.

Incremental Increases. 1. On the employee’s increment date (anniversary date, employees ) an employee shall be entitled to receive an incremental increase of three and one half four percent (3.54%), or such percentage increase as would bring the employee’s salary to the maximum of his/her salary rangehis job level, whichever is the lesser. The salary increment date for an employee upon promotion, demotion or from an external appointment, shall be the anniversary date of such action.

On the employee’s anniversary date, full-time employees shall be entitled to receive an incremental increase of three and one half percent (3.53%), or such percentage increase as would bring the employee’s salary to the maximum of his/her salary range, range whichever is the lesser, which is not dependent upon satisfactory performance.
