Incremental Increases. Incremental increases are paid every twelve (12) calendar months for each employee, until said employee has reached the top rate of pay for their respective classification. Employees awarded a job in a higher paid classification shall receive a salary applicable to their new classification which provides an increase of at least one (1) increment above their former salary for their new classification. Thereafter they shall progress up the new scale based on their anniversary dates in their new position. APPENDIX “C”

Incremental Increases. Employees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule 1 to this Agreement. Notwithstanding, the employee’s rate of pay shall never fall beneath those prescribed by the Australian Pay and Classification Scale (APCS).
Incremental Increases. 1. On the employee’s anniversary date, employees shall be entitled to receive an incremental increase of three and one half percent (3.5%), or such percentage increase as would bring the employee’s salary to the maximum of his/her salary range, whichever is the lesser.

Each such notice shall specify the date (each, an “Incremental Effective Date”) on which Borrower proposes that any Incremental Increase shall be effective, which shall be a date not less than ten (10) Business Days (or such shorter period as agreed to by Agent in its sole discretion) after the date on which such notice is delivered to Agent. Borrower may invite any Lender, any Affiliate of any Lender, any Approved Fund and/or any other Eligible Assignee, to provide an Incremental Increase (any such Person, an “Incremental Lender”). Any proposed Incremental Lender offered or approached to provide all or a portion of any Incremental Increase may elect or decline, in its sole discretion, to provide such Incremental Increase.
Incremental Increases. Incremental increases are paid every twelve (12) calendar months for each full-time employee and every two thousand eighty (2080) hours for each part- time or casual employee, until said employee has reached the top rate of pay for their respective classification. When employees move from casual to part-time to full-time all hours worked and/or paid in their previous casual, part-time or full-time positions will be credited for purposes of incremental increases. For the purposes of this first collective agreement, employees will be placed on the wage scale at date of ratification and no later than July 1, 2014 based on their length of service.

Incremental Increases. “Eligible hours workedfor the purpose of this Appendix means the following paid hours: regular hours paid, banked hours paid, paid general holiday pay, paid sick leave hours and paid vacation hours. Employees on unpaid maternity and parental leave will be permitted to have the period of time on leave used toward progression in the formula above to a maximum of 1950 hours, without generating a payment. Incremental Increases. Effective 6/1/05, newly hired employees hired at Step 0 shall move to Step 1 when they become eligible for a step increase. Full-time employees are granted an incremental increase on their salary anniversary date which is either on February 1 or September 1 to the next step in the salary group in which the job is evaluated. Part-time staff and classroom assistants employed on or after March 1, 1997 for nineteen (19) hours or more per week will advance a step on their respective salary schedule only after eighteen (18) months of service. The new step shall be applied at the incremental date that is closest to the eighteenth (18th) month of employment. For employees working ten to eighteen (10-18) hours per week, an increment will be made after twenty-four (24) months of employment. For employees working one to nine (1-9) hours per week, an increment will be made after thirty-six (36) months of employment.
