Common use of Increases in Direct Salary Rates Clause in Contracts

Increases in Direct Salary Rates. An Assigned Employee’s Direct Salary Rate per hour, determined and approved by the Commissioner, shall be subject to increases on a yearly basis, subject to the limitations set forth below. The first such increase shall be made one (1) year after the commencement date (i.e., the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed), and thereafter, for the remainder of the base term of the Contract, on a yearly basis, on the anniversary of commencement date.

Thereafter, for the remainder remaining duration of the base term of Task Order, increases in the Contract, Direct Salary Rate(s) shall be made on a yearly basis, on the anniversary date of commencement dateissuance of the Task Order.
