Common use of Increased Security Deposit Clause in Contracts

Increased Security Deposit. If Tenant is in default under Paragraph 26.A.(2) hereof and such default remains uncured for ten (10) days after such occurrence or such default occurs more than three times in any twelve (12) month period, Landlord may require that Tenant increase the Security Deposit to the amount of three times the current month's Rent at the time of the most recent default.
