Increased Security Deposit. In the event the Term of Tenant's Lease is -------------------------- extended pursuant to this Paragraph 48, Tenant's Security Deposit shall be increased to equal twice the Basic Rental due for the last month of the Extended Term (i.e. $50,904.10 per month X 2 = $101,808.20).

Increased Security Deposit. If Tenant is in default under Paragraph 26.A.(2) hereof and such default remains uncured for ten (10) days after such occurrence or such default occurs more than three times in any twelve (12) month period, Landlord may require that Tenant increase the Security Deposit to the amount of three times the current month's Rent at the time of the most recent default.
Increased Security Deposit. Should Tenant default in the payment of Base Rent, Additional Rent, or any other sums payable by Tenant under this Lease on two (2) or more occasions during any twelve (12) month period, regardless of whether Landlord permits such default to be cured, then, in addition to all other remedies otherwise available to Landlord, Tenant shall, within ten (10) days after demand by Landlord, post a Security Deposit in, or increase the existing Security Deposit to a sum equal to three (3) months’ installments of Base Rent. Increased Security Deposit. If Tenant is in ----------------------------- default more than 2 times within any twelve -month period, regardless of whether such default is cured, then, without limiting Landlord's other rights and remedies, the security deposit, if any, shall automatically be increased to two times the original security deposit. Lessee shall, within five (5) business days after written demand, deposit cash with Lessor in the amount necessary to satisfy Security Deposit requirements set forth in the immediately preceding sentence.
