INCREASED PREMISES. INCREASED PREMISES. Effective August 1, 1999, the size of the Leased Premises will be increased by 3,316± square feet, or from 2,434± square feet to 5,750± square feet of space. Total said Premises are more particularly shown within the area outlined in Red on Exhibit A. The entire parcel, of which the Leased Premises is a part, is shown within the area outlined in Green on Exhibit A. The additional 3,316± square feet of space is leased on an “as-is” basis, in its present condition and configuration, as set forth in Blue on Exhibit B attached hereto, with the entire interior leased Premises shown in Red on Exhibit B.
INCREASED PREMISES. Subject to Paragraph 3 below, effective December 1, 1998, the size of the Leased Premises will be increased by 12,110 PLUS OR MINUS square feet, or from 23,673 PLUS OR MINUS square feet to 35,783 PLUS OR MINUS square feet of space. Total said Premises are more particularly shown within the area outlined in Red on EXHIBIT A. The entire parcel, of which the Leased Premises is a part, is shown within the area outlined in Green on EXHIBIT A. The additional 12,110 PLUS OR MINUS square feet of space is leased on an "as-is" basis, in its present condition and configuration, as set forth in Blue on EXHIBIT B attached hereto, with the entire interior leased Premises shown in Red on EXHIBIT B.
INCREASED PREMISES. INCREASED PREMISES. Pursuant to Tenant’s request to construct a room within the Common Area of the Building, it agreed between the parties that effective January 15, 2000, the size of the Leased Premises will be increased by 47+ square feet, or from 22,694+ square feet to 22,741+ square feet of space. Total said Premises are more particularly shown within the area outlined in Red on Exhibit A. The entire parcel, of which the Leased Premises is a part, is shown within the area outlined in Green on Exhibit A. The additional 47+ square feet of space is leased on an “as-is” basis, in its present condition and configuration, as set forth in Blue on Exhibit B attached hereto, with the entire interior leased Premises shown in Red on Exhibit B. INCREASED PREMISES. Effective June 1, 2005 (the “Effective Date”), the size of the Leased Premises will be increased by 25,643+ square feet (the “Increased Premises”), or from 22,741+ square feet to 48,384+ square feet of space (one hundred percent (100%) of the Building and hereinafter referred to as the “Premises”). Total said Premises are more particularly shown within the area outlined in Red on Exhibit A. The entire parcel, of which the Premises is a part, is shown within the area outlined in Green on Exhibit A. Except as hereinafter provided in Paragraph 1.A (“Tenant Improvements to be made by Landlord”) and Paragraph 1.B (“Punch List”), the Increased Premises is leased on an “as-is” basis, in its present condition and configuration, as set forth in Blue on Exhibit B attached hereto, with the entire interior Premises shown in Red on Exhibit B.
INCREASED PREMISES. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Amendment No. 1, effective October 21, 1997, the size of the Leased Premises will be increased by 7,011 (plus or minus) square feet, or from 58,958 (plus or minus) square feet to 65,969 (plus or minus) square feet of space. Total said Premises are more particularly shown within the area outlined in Red on Exhibit A. The entire parcel, of which the Leased Premises is a part, is shown within the area outlined in Green on Exhibit A. The additional 7,011 (plus or minus) square feet of space is leased on an "as-is" basis, in its present condition and configuration, as set forth in Blue on Exhibit B attached hereto, with the entire interior leased Premises shown in Red on Exhibit B.
INCREASED PREMISES. It is understood that Tenant is currently in ------------------ possession of the entire 30,835 + square foot building in which Tenant's Leased - Premises are located under the following agreements: (i) under Lease Agreement dated February 24, 1993. Tenant is leasing 9,981 + square feet of space; (ii) - under sublease, dated March 15, 1994, between Xxxxxxxxxx Travel Agency (as leased by Xxxxxxxxxx Travel Agency) from Landlord, and which 1 lease and sublease terminates on October 31, 1995 ("Sublease"); and (iii) under sub-sublease, dated April 24, 1995, between Nycomed Salutar, Inc. (as Master Tenant), Prism Solutions, Inc. (as Sublessor), and Tenant (as Sublessee), Tenant is sub-subleasing all of the 11,400 + square feet of space subleased by Prism - Solutions from Nycomed Salutar, Inc. under sublease dated January 17, 1994, (which said 11,400 + square feet of space is leased by Nycomed Salutar, Inc. from Landlord), and which lease, sublease, and sub-sublease shall terminate on February 28, 1998 ("Sub-sublease"). Upon the respective termination of the aforementioned Xxxxxxxxxx Travel Agency lease and the Nycomed Salutar lease, Tenant's square footage of Leased Premises shall increase accordingly.
INCREASED PREMISES. Effective May 10, 1996, the size of the Leased Premises will be increased by 9,798 +/- square feet, or from 35,202 plus or minus square feet to 45,000 +/- square feet of space, representing 100% of the building. Subject to Lease Paragraph 45 ("Maintenance of the Premises"), the additional 9,798 +/- square feet of space is leased on an "as-is" basis, in its present condition and configuration, as set forth in Blue on Exhibit D to Amendent No. 1, with the entire interior leased Premises shown in Red on Exhibit D to Amendment No. 1. It is specifically agreed between the parties that Landlord shall not be required to make, nor be responsible for any cost, in connection with any repair, restoration, maintenance and/or improvement to the Increased Premises throughout the Term of this Lease. Landlord makes no warranty or representation of any kind or nature whatsoever as to the condition or repair of the Increased Premises, nor as to the use or occupancy which may be made thereof.
INCREASED PREMISES. The Lease is hereby amended, effective immediately, to add to the definition of the Premises the Rentable Area, as defined in the Lease, of the first (1st) and second (2nd) floors of the Building as depicted on the floor plan attached as Exhibit A to this Addendum (the “Immediate Addition”). The Parties agree that the Immediate Addition consists of Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Two (7,842) RSF. Tenant accepts the Immediate Addition Premises in their current condition subject only to Landlord’s agreement to provide the Tenant Allowance.
