Increased Security. If: 22.4.1 the Security in Item 12 is determined as a proportion of the Rent payable under this Lease; and 22.4.2 at any time during the Term, the Rent is adjusted or increased, then within 5 Business Days of the adjustment or increase, the Tenant must deliver to the Landlord an additional or replacement Security to ensure that the amount of the Security held by the Landlord is the proportion specified in Item 12.
Increased Security. Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, the non- defaulting Parties may require the defaulting Party to provide additional security to the maximum extent allowed under the terms hereof.
Increased Security. In the event MVNO/Customer's Service charges in any two month period exceeds one hundred and twenty (125) percent (the "Increased Usage") of the security deposit, Vonify, in its sole discretion, may require MVNO/Customer within twenty-four (24) hours of notice from Vonify increase MVNO/Customer's security deposit to equal no less than twenty five (25) percent of the amount of the Service charges up to and including the full amount of the Increased Service charges. If Vonify is required to apply funds from the Security Deposit to outstanding MVNO/Customer Invoices twice during any six-month period, MVNO/Customer agrees to increase the Security Deposit to equal two times the average monthly Service charges within ten (10) calendar days of written notice from Vonify. This provision shall not limit Vonify's right to demand an increased letter of credit or cash deposit under other provisions of this Agreement.
