Common use of Increase of Maximum Amount Clause in Contracts

Increase of Maximum Amount. The Issuers and the Guarantor may increase the Maximum Amount by giving at least ten days’ notice by letter, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4, to each of the Dealer(s) and the Issue and Paying Agent. Such increase will not take effect until the Dealer(s) have received from the Issuers the documents listed in such letter or in Schedule 1 (if required by the Dealer(s)), in each case in form and substance acceptable to each Dealer.
