Incorporation of Master Agreement into Annual Operating Agreement. Upon execution, this Annual Operating Agreement shall be deemed integrated into the Master Agreement and thereafter the Master Agreement and the current Annual Operating Agreement shall be read together as a single integrated document and shall be deemed to be the Annual Operating Agreement for the purposes of the British Columbia Transit Act, as amended from time to time.
