Incorporation into Agreement. Intel and Aquantia (the “Parties”) agree that this Project Statement #6 (“Project Statement”) will be attached to and incorporated into the “Agreement” as Attachment Number #6. For purposes of this Project Statement #6, the “Agreement” means the Master Purchase Agreement between Intel Corporation and Aquantia Corporation dated January 15, 2009, as amended to-date. The Parties agree that the date of this Project Statement #6 shall be July 10, 2013. Any changes to this agreement must be agreed to by both Parties in writing.
