Inconsistent. If the Local Government determines that the proposed site is inconsistent with the applicable Comprehensive Plan, the determination of inconsistent shall list all inconsistencies. The Dispute Resolution Process in Section 18.2 of this Agreement may be followed in an attempt to resolve the inconsistencies. If a comprehensive plan amendment is required for a proposed site to be consistent with the applicable comprehensive plan, the School Board shall comply with the applicable Local Government’s requirements and procedures for comprehensive plan amendments.
