Inconsistent. If the Local Government determines that the proposed school development plan is inconsistent with the applicable school development standards of the applicable Comprehensive Plan and the applicable Land Development Regulations, including the requirements of Sections 4 of this Agreement, or is inconsistent with the school site consistency determination the school may not be built until all inconsistencies are resolved. The determination of inconsistent shall list all inconsistencies. The Dispute Resolution Process in Section 18.2 of this Agreement shall be followed in an attempt to resolve inconsistencies.

If a comprehensive plan amendment is required for a proposed site to be consistent with the applicable comprehensive plan, the School Board shall comply with the applicable Local Government’s requirements and procedures for comprehensive plan amendments.
