Inconsistency with other documents. Unless the contrary intention is expressed, if there is an inconsistency between any of one or more of: (a) this document; (b) any Schedule to this document; and (c) the provisions of any other document of the Developer, the order of precedence between them will be the order listed above, this document having the highest level of precedence.
