Common use of Included Consulting Services Clause in Contracts

Included Consulting Services. The Included Consulting Services consist of providing consulting and assistance services regarding the operational methods and systems that are part of the Technical Know-How, developed to implement, make more efficient or improve the following provisions, which shall be provided by the Strategic Partner pursuant the implementation program of the requirements established in Annex 1: ​ (i) Air traffic forecast; ​ (ii) Improvements in operational capacity; ​ (iii) Safety; ​ (iv) Environmental issues; ​ (v) Planning and technical services;
