Incarceration Leave. Employees shall be entitled to one (1) week leave without pay per annum for time spent incarcerated. This leave without pay can be extended with approval of the Employer.
Incarceration Leave. (a) The Employer will grant a leave of absence to any employee who is convicted under the provisions of the Highway Traffic Act (Ontario) relating to offences arising out of the operation of a motor vehicle (the same to include driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated) if the employee is sentenced or charged to a term of imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days. Such leave of absence shall be unpaid.
